Late check out policy

Late check-outs are charged 50% of the normal room rate. Beachcomber offers a late boat transfer service for guests wishing to connect with international flight arrivals and departures that fall outside the normal ferry service.

Policy on children staying with parents

Children below 12 years are not permitted to stay in the lodge and dormitory. Children below 2 years can stay for free at the oceanview and beachfront bures. The extra child rate will apply to children between 2 and 12 years.

Cancellation Policy

• cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's booking.
• no shows will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
  
• in addition to the above charges being levied by Beachcomber Island Resort, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
